Job Responsibilities
* Provide detailed competitive analyses quarterly for relevant product categories based on market data availability.
* Conduct quarterly analyses on group product ranges, turnover, margins, and commercial conditions across various countries, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
* Update Product Value Drivers (OMVs) annually in partnership with Product Marketing.
* Monitor online and offline consumer prices internationally for both own products and competitors’ using specific Group programs and external tools.
* Suggest improvements to the Pricing Scraping Dashboard.
* Update market data reports quarterly for commercial use.
* Participate actively in the Group Commercial Policy and its ongoing improvement.
* Ensure all relevant information in the Commercial Policy Tool is up-to-date and available.
* Monitor subsidiaries’ sell-in prices, customer terms, and conditions, producing monthly detailed pricing analytics.
* Provide detailed monthly outliers analysis internationally and per European country.
* Suggest improvements to the Group Commercial Policy Tool, collaborating with the IT department.
* Support the preparation of reviews for the Group Pricing & Commercial Policy Guidelines.
* Assist in defining e-commerce pricing strategies and guidelines.
* Support the rollout of Commercial Policy outside Europe if needed.
* Assist in the possible introduction of an Integrated Pricing Tool.
* Contribute to other activities of the Commercial Excellence Team as required.
Job Profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst, junior controller, or sales analyst, preferably in revenue growth management, pricing, or commercial policy topics.
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
* Proficiency in English; Italian is a strong advantage but not required.
* Knowledge of SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Highly numerate, analytical, and data-driven.
* Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets are essential.
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
* Good business acumen.
* Inquisitive, innovative, and proactive mindset.
* Ability to work well in teams and independently.
* Results-oriented, sales-driven, and focused.
* Organized problem solver who persists through challenges.
* Adaptable to a fast-changing business environment.
