You will be based in Porcia, our site nearby Pordenone city. Porcia is the biggest Electrolux site in Italy, dedicated to our Product Line Care. Here we develop Washing Machine, Dish Washer and Tumble Dryer for our consumers worldwide.
We are looking for an newly graduated who will join transportation team. S/He will have to develop and manage 3d loader composition for container, develop a digital archive and trained stakeholders about 3d loader portal.
**Responsibilities**:
- 3d loader
- Generate container composition with 3d Loader
- Monitoring the correctness of compositions processed
- Develop with It new solution/rules to improve 3d Loader
- Train European colleagues to use 3d loader in proper way
- Digital archive:
- Develop with IT solutions to export summary shipments from Electrolux System and integrate with additional information
- Develop with IT automatic folder creation from SAP System for invoices and packing list and their archiving
- Other operational activities:
- Customs Clearance management and Shipping Instructions
- Issue and dispatch of Original Shipping Documents to final customers
- Checking of penalties
- Interface Shipping lines/GSSC Krakow AP
- Support CT in logistic activity as interface between involved departments, if required (i.e. inspection activity, etc.)
**Qualifications**:
- Specialization in Logistics & Supply Chain would be a plus
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
- Proactiveness, curiosity
