**Job Description**:
Our Purchasing team is looking for a Junior Buyer to be included within our staff.
The main activities are:
- Support the buyer responsible for the suppliers to be relocated in order to understand the critical characteristics and major problems related to the components covered by the project;
- Support the turned material team in market scouting aimed at identifying new suppliers to be included in the current pool of suppliers capable of producing the components affected by the relocation;
- Manage technical meetings with selected suppliers in order to ensure the technical feasibility of the codes to be produced;
- Support suppliers during the sampling phases and subsequently during the start of production;
- Support the localization in foreign countries where our company operates of what is now bought and transferred from Italy.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent knowledge of technical drawing
- Good knowledge of production processes and surface / heat treatments
- Excellent knowledge of English; Knowledge of German is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Team work and strong result orientation
