Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team in Rome.
You will support the Customer Success team with onboarding and assisting clients, ensuring they have a smooth experience while using our platform.
This internship is a great learning opportunity for anyone eager to explore the world of hospitality technology and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
* Support the team during the onboarding process for new clients
* Assist colleagues in providing customer support via email, chat, and phone
* Help update CRM and support tools with accurate client information
* Contribute to collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
Minimum requirements
* Fluency in Italian, French, and English (written and spoken)
* Availability to work on-site at our Rome office
