PpWe are looking for a bData Scientist /b to join the Global Data Science AI team and support the Data AI function in driving strategic business decisions through advanced analytics solutions designed for production and scale. The team is responsible for addressing a wide range of business questions by applying sophisticated statistical and data science techniques, working closely with business stakeholders across multiple categories and geographies. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to high impact analytics projects, collaborate with cross functional partners, and translate complex data into actionable insights that inform decision making at both global and regional level. /p pBased at the bAlba offices /b, the role offers the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 pAs a Data Scientist, you will banalyze a variety of data sources /b, including sales, marketing and media, promotions, pricing and macroeconomic indicators, and bdevelop statistical models to answer business questions /b coming from multiple stakeholders across categories and geographies. /p pIn this role, you will bdevelop, test and roll out statistical and machine learning models to support data driven decision making /b, working closely with IT, business stakeholders and other roles within the Data AI function. Depending on project needs, you may also collaborate with external agencies as well as data and solution providers. /p pYou will bdesign and implement procedures to clean, structure and classify data from disparate sources /b such as retail sell out, eCommerce sales, digital shelf metrics, shopper behavior data, consumer surveys, marketing data and other third party datasets, ensuring data readiness for modeling and reporting. /p pTo increase efficiency in recurring analytical activities, you will bscript automation workflows for analytical pipelines and apply MLOps principles across the model lifecycle /b, including deployment, monitoring and drift detection. You will work in Power BI to visualize analytical results for business stakeholders and, in some cases, bdesign and test UI solutions /b that enable users to independently run models and explore results. In addition, you will bbuild and optimize GenAI applications /b to address different business needs. /p pWorking as part of a team of data scientists, you will bcollaborate, exchange ideas, share knowledge and contribute to the continuous development of analytics capabilities /b within the organization. /p h3About You: /h3 pYou hold a bmaster’s degree in quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field /b, and bring bprevious experience in applied data science roles /b, ideally within an FMCG manufacturing environment. /p pYou have a solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques and advanced analytical concepts, including regression, classification, text mining and ensemble methods such as Random Forest, and you are comfortable working with Python and SQL and using Power BI to visualize analytical results and support business stakeholders. /p pExperience working with external data sources such as Nielsen, Circana and consumer surveys, together with an understanding of measurement methodologies and familiarity with GenAI concepts and LLM integration, will be considered an asset. /p pYou are bfluent in English /b and bring strong communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with business stakeholders and interpret analytical results from a business perspective. /p pJoin us in transforming data into actionable insights and supporting data‑driven decision making across the business. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
