Ice Cream Transformation Leader

Job Purpose
The Transformation Leader is responsible for leading, coordinating, and motivating the team to ensure the efficient and safe execution of operational activities, in line with company standards, quality requirements, and performance targets. The role ensures day‑to‑day continuity of operations, supports people development, and acts as a key link between the team and management to drive results, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate the transformation at the site and develop the roadmap to drive cultural transformation. Define and orchestrate the framework for every functional team.
- Guide and mentor peers, younger talents, and up to the Company Leadership Team. Identify gaps and opportunities for learning, skill up‑organization to have the right people in the right place.
- Stimulate continuous improvement by activating action planning, problem solving, finding Kaizen bursts, and helping define and possibly lead the optimization of entire cross‑functional value streams.
- Act as a strong interpersonal change agent, interpret people’s needs and context of change. Support the team in lean methodology and tools (Value Stream, Kaizen), business priorities, and operations.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Significant experience (5+ years) in a complex industrial environment, with strong knowledge of manufacturing and transactional processes.
- Proven leader who has driven continuous improvement/lean results in an operation.
- Proven track record of success through the implementation and deployment of Lean methodology and tools.
- Experience in operations management and people development.
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Lean qualifications from universities/MBA’s and specific lean tools certifications are a plus.
- Responsible for running a leading operation and delivered results during their career.
- C1 level English required.

- Proven success in leading teams in complex projects across different functions, leveraging lessons learned. Ability to document, plan, and execute development plans.
- Lean methodology and tools: action planning, KPI definition, deployment and monitoring.
- Coaching at different levels of the organization.
- Data analysis and problem‑solving at a wide range.
- Coordinating leaders across different sites and organizations.
