The selected candidate will manage the procurement process, supporting supplier selection, request for quotations, commercial negotiations, and purchase order management.Analyze internal purchasing needs and manage requests;Research and select suppliers;Request and evaluate commercial offers;Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions;Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries;Verify documentation and support the supplier accounting process;Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams for material inspections;Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
Diploma or Degree (preferably in a technical field as Civil, Mechanical, Automation or Automotive Engineering);Between 5 and 7 years of previous experience in purchasing, focusing on mechanical components;Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems;Proficiency in English, both written and oral;Willingness to travel upon request (10% of the time).
