We are currently seeking for
CRM & Data Strategy Specialist
who will report to the B&DA; Supervisor and work closely with the Media and Account teams.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
End-to-end analysis of CRM and digital activities, translating performance data into actionable insights to optimize communication and conversion funnels;
Data management and quality, including the collection, validation, and orchestration of first-party data from internal and external sources, with Salesforce as the core platform;
Strategic reporting, involving the design of high-impact dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders (Marketing, Media, PVM Management).
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in structured analytical roles (consulting or corporate environments);
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce for data management and reporting or similar such as Adobe Marketo Engage or HubSpot Marketing Hub;
Strong command of major digital ecosystems: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok Business Center, Amazon DSP;
Advanced Excel skills; SQL for querying complex datasets;
Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik;
Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a valued plus.
