DescriptionHe/she performs all operational activities, as well as monitoring, aimed at minimizing losses on Long-Term Rental and Financial Leasing contracts for all types of Clients.Main Activities:Using an in-depth knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel, he/she carries out monitoring activities and produces management reportsHe/she uses SAS to optimise and implement operations monitoring activitiesHe/she manages national and international customers (English language required)Through detailed knowledge of Long Term Rental and Financial Leasing products, he/she manages the relationship with all types of Customers, other Business Units and Suppliers in the area, in order to find quick solutions in line with company strategiesCompetences:Knowledge of Collection activities / skillsSkills in customer management by phoneKnowledge of main software tools for the officeKnowledge of financial, bank and insurance productsPreferred: Legal knowledge; accounting/ fiscal knowledge
