Job Description
The Software Engineer is responsible for creating ICT solutions that meet internal customer requirements, ensuring maximum functionality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and designing detailed solutions.
2. Developing and engineering solution components.
3. Creating prototypes and end-user solutions.
4. Formalizing and documenting solutions.
5. Supporting beyond the first level (Help desk) as necessary.
Qualifications
1. Gathering and understanding internal customer needs, facilitating requirement definitions, and conducting initial analysis and feasibility assessments.
2. Supporting the definition of functional requirements, conducting business analysis, and process mapping.
3. Defining activity plans with timelines and cost estimates in collaboration with the coordinator and technical team.
4. Monitoring development activities, including those by external suppliers, and developing components when needed.
5. Coordinating testing activities (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
6. Coordinating with IT functions for release activities to minimize business disruption.
7. Assisting in initial release phases, debugging, and issue resolution.
8. Documenting activities and creating training materials.
9. Acting as product contact person, coordinating issue resolution, and supporting Level II support.
10. Supporting business in identifying needs and selecting solutions or suppliers.
11. Drafting technical documentation for developed software.
12. Promoting digital technology adoption and continuous learning.
13. Encouraging sustainable practices within operations.
