We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager – Centre of Excellence (COE) to lead and evolve a global SAP landscape for a multinational pharmaceutical organisation. This role sits at the heart of SAP strategy, governance, and innovation, ensuring consistency, scalability, and best practices across SAP S/4HANA platforms and business units.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the SAP Centre of Excellence, defining standards, governance models, and best practices across SAP S/4HANA.
* Act as the strategic owner for core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Provide oversight and guidance across SAP programs and projects, supporting both global and local initiatives.
* Drive continuous improvement, optimisation, and innovation within the SAP landscape.
* Govern system integrations, interfaces, and dependencies across multiple platforms.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure consistent delivery and value realisation.
* Oversee data governance, data quality, and lifecycle management.
* Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal quality standards.
* Support change management, capability building, and knowledge transfer across SAP teams.
