About the job
The candidate will be involved in the daily activities of the sales team dedicated to the Equity Investment Solutions and Cross-Asset Distribution activities.
The team is involved in creating, developing tailor made solutions for a wide range of institutional clients such as private banks, wealth managers and asset manager.
The intern will have the opportunity to learn about the dynamics of the structured products market across several asset classes: equity, structured credit and rates.
Always working alongside the various members of the team, the candidate will interface with other areas of the bank, in Italy and abroad, and with other entities of the group. S/He will also provide support for the production of presentations and statistical analysis.

* Listing files for admission to Borsa Italiana – EurTLX
* Presentations for CA Group & External clients (English ones)
* KID translations in Italian for new payoff
* Drafting Italian docs on behalf of distributor for new issuances
Training objectives
Understand the characteristics of the structured product markets and develop relational skills with the various players in the financial markets.
Specialist, IT and Language skills
Excellent familiarity with Office tools (Excel and Power Point in particular).
Knowledge of VBA is a plus.
Full proficiency in Italian and English.
Personal characteristics
The particularly dynamic activity of markets, the close contact with international teams and the various topics addressed every day, require a good knowledge of the English language, excellent quantitative, relational and stress resistance skills.

Undergraduates and recent graduates of Master degree courses in Economics/Finance, Mathematics, Engineering.
