Job Description: Campaign Planner We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and analytical Campaign Planner for a large, important company. The role involves controlling and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of media campaigns across all platforms for a major client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital media planning and demonstrated experience in digital advertising. The Campaign Planner will support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, from media plan preparation to post-campaign evaluations, aiming to grow the client's business. This role requires keen attention to detail, proactivity, high organizational skills, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet campaign objectives while maintaining operational efficiency and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic digital media plans across Amazon's advertising solutions. Perform campaign setup, including audience targeting, segment creation, and inventory management. Review campaign setup to identify and correct defects. Monitor campaign budgets and performance, providing optimization recommendations to maximize return on ad spend. Execute technical campaign components, including IO creation and deal setup. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve campaign effectiveness. Create detailed performance evaluation reports. Drive process improvements for campaign planning and optimization workflows. Required Skills: At least 1 year of experience as a campaign planner in media agencies. Experience with Video/Display programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, TTD The Trade Desk). Experience with Amazon DSP platform (preferable). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in media planning and budget management. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills or higher. Example Tasks: Creation and execution of media plans. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and providing optimization recommendations. Submitting credit and rebill documentation. Building custom target audiences based on defined segments. Generating in-flight and end-of-campaign reports. Conducting inventory checks and demand forecasting. Shaping high-budget advertising strategies for major brands like Apple, Netflix, and P&G, leveraging one of the world's largest digital advertising platforms. Gaining exposure to the full advertising ecosystem, from pitch to launch to evaluation, across multiple platforms. Additional Information: Contractors will have a dedicated Senior Manager for training, coaching, and support. Daily interaction with EU managers requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Initial onboarding will be in-office, with potential for hybrid work after training.
