We're on track to make a serious impact in the consulting world, and we want you to grow with usKey requirementsThe ideal candidate holds a degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, and brings 3–4 years of experience in managing complex IT projects across diverse stakeholders and technical landscapes.Project Management: Lead project planning and execution, monitor progress, communicate status updates, and manage risk and issue escalation.Business Process Analysis: Support the review and re-design of existing processes (“as-is”) to define improved future-state solutions (“to-be”), aligning process improvements with IT system implementation.Methodologies: Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and/or traditional project management methodologies (Waterfall, PMI) depending on project needs.Tools Proficiency: Utilize project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana to support project delivery.Budget Management: Track budgets, forecast costs, and ensure efficient use of project resources.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business units, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Problem Solving: Demonstrate initiative in navigating project challenges and driving strategic resolutions.Technical Acumen: Maintain a working understanding of web technologies, cloud platforms, and software architecture.Qualifications Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (PSM I or CSM), SAFeLanguages: Fluency in Italian and English is required.Strong sense of autonomy and accountabilityProactive and curious mindsetStrong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skillsInterview: ImmediatelyStart date: August 2025 (willing to accommodate notice period)
