We are expanding our English-speaking outreach and are looking for a Client Consultant to support our business development activities.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Consultant to manage contacts with potential clients and present our services in a clear, professional, and engaging way.You will be part of a dynamic team and work closely with management to improve communication scripts, interaction quality and lead generation effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities
Handle primarily inbound contacts from potential clients seeking information about our services.
Communicate in a professional and engaging manner, gathering key information.
Identify and qualify "valid contacts" based on internal criteria.
Accurately update interactions and notes in company systems.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve communication approaches.
Requirements
English proficiency at (near-)native or C2 level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
Previous experience in customer contact roles is a plus, but not required; junior profiles are welcome.
Good organizational skills and reliability in following processes.
Plus
Experience in financial services (trading, investments, banking, insurance, etc.).
Familiarity with VoIP or client communication platforms (e.g., EasyCall or similar).
