This will ensure that Maui Jim respects the economics and financials targets and achieves and exceeds sales forecasts through the growth of present and potential customers. /p h3Major Function /h3 pTo manage all the aspects of MJI’s accounting in compliance with Italian legal requirements and MJ Inc. policies, with particular focus not only on general accounting activities but also on credit and collection. The resource should therefore combine solid accounting expertise with strong communication skills, being proactive and confident in handling client calls related to credit recovery. /p h3Principal Responsibilities and Duties /h3 h3Credit Control Management /h3 ul liAging report and analysis /li liCredit management (customer calls, follow-ups). /li liCommunicate progress, issues, and updates to the AR / AP Supervisor. /li /ul h3Accounting Administration /h3 ul liEnter daily A / P transactions (under training). /li liPerform daily entries, bank account reconciliations and review them with the AR / AP Supervisor. /li liE-Invoice process knowledge /li liSet Intrastat declaration AR /li liCompile required documentation and review Intercompany (Interco) files via BI Reports for AP Intrastat declarations. /li liEnsure compliance with Maui Jim’s processes and procedures. /li liProvide general accounting and administrative support as required. /li /ul h3Support Communication /h3 ul liHandle incoming calls courteously and efficiently, focusing on accounting inquiries. /li liSupport accounts and sales reps with information on balances, payments, orders, approvals, and supplies. /li liContribute to teamwork and the achievement of team goals. /li /ul h3Special Requirements /h3 ul liAbility to communicate in a variety of business settings. /li liPrevious experience in Accounting and Customer Service mindset. /li liStrong organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to multitask and perform other work-related tasks as needed are vital for this role. /li liIn addition to excellent interpersonal and communication skills, solid knowledge of MS Excel, Word and a desire to achieve results are required /li liSAP knowledge a definite plus /li liFluency in English, both oral and written. /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications /h3 ul liCollege degree or high school diploma with accounting experience. /li li1-2 years of accounting, collections or credit experience. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liGeneral accounting knowledge /li liStrong negotiation and communication skills /li liStrong reconciliation and analytical skills /li liExperience in cash application and telephone collection /li liEffective time management skills /li liCustomer Service experience /li /ul pIf you are interested on the role, please send your updated CV to Aurora Righetto, HR Specialist, to the following address : /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
