- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the design of engaging, usable and consistent customer experiences for multiple projects. Who you are: - You have at least 3-4 years of experience in structured contexts such as UX designer
- You have a degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field, or industry equivalent experience and an analytical and detail-oriented mindset, able to merge the needs of users and the needs of business;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
- You are proactive and organized, with ability to coordinate, estimate and plan your activities by dividing them according to the priorities of the projects you follow; an excellent systems thinker, able to think beyond your immediate problem and to consider it with the context of a wider ecosystem;
- You know how to use data and Analytics to gather insights and validate design decisionsre clic o toccare qui per immettere il testo. Preferrably, you also have: - Previous experience in designing components, app designs (native or web), and prototypeslic;
