Role Overview
We are searching for a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to support a global technology client in delivering complex infrastructure initiatives. The professional will oversee end-to-end project execution, working across international teams and ensuring alignment between technical stakeholders and business functions. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a solid technical understanding of infrastructure environments (on-premise and cloud), adopting a proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects, including network, cloud, systems, security, and data centre initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (internal and external), suppliers, and global stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between infrastructure, application, and business teams, effectively translating requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Track and control project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and KPIs, preparing regular project status reports and updates.
Ensure adherence to corporate IT governance frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement by promoting best practices, project methodologies, and lessons learned across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager or PMO within complex enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of IT architectures, including networks, systems, cloud technologies (Azure), security, and virtualization (VMware).
Previous experience working in international and multicultural contexts.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mediation skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of ownership.
Competence with Waterfall project management methodologies (Agile knowledge is a plus).
Proficiency with project planning and monitoring tools.
Fluent English (B2 level or above).
