Brand Narrative Lead – Conte Diamonds
Conte Diamonds is a leading jeweller where quality, design and value guide every choice. We are in a crucial phase of evolution, strengthening brand positioning, launching new lines and defining distinctive communication.
We seek a senior professional to take charge of the brand narrative. This is not an executive social media manager, but a content strategist capable of transforming product values and aesthetics into a narrative that generates desire and relationship.
Responsibilities
* Define and safeguard the narrative architecture of Conte Diamonds, developing a proprietary Tone of Voice.
* Design and manage the omnichannel editorial plan (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Blog, Newsletter), aligning always‑on content flows with launch peaks and physical events.
* Develop creative concepts for collections and take production of assets (copywriting, video reel, photo, teaser) ensuring high aesthetic output.
* Preside daily on channels and interactions (comments, DM), turning customer care into a loyalty experience consistent with luxury elegance.
* Monitor KPIs (engagement, growth, sentiment) and interpret insights to refine strategy in real time, aligning with commercial objectives.
Ideal Profile
* 6–10 years of experience in strategic Content & Social Media roles.
* Experience in luxury brands, fashion, beauty, jewellery or premium lifestyle.
* High‑level brand and product storytelling.
* Editorial and creative copywriting.
* Knowledge of contemporary social languages and formats.
* Capability to work with agencies, creatives, photographers and videomakers.
* Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
