Position Overview: As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and comfortable. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. - Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately. - Handle guest inquiries and requests in person and over the phone. - Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using the hotel's property management system. - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. - Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Perform administrative tasks as needed, including billing and cash handling.
