How you’ll make an impact - Lead, coach, and mentor global R&D teams of over 60 professionals across multiple locations - Ensure team alignment with business strategy and drive performance and development - Oversee R&D project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards - Manage R&D programs directly and indirectly, supporting cross-functional collaboration - Drive organizational transformation and implement new ways of working across teams - Contribute to and execute the Power Conversion strategy, updating it based on market needs and technological advancements Your background - Master’s or PhD in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related fields) - Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams and aligning R&D with business goals - Extensive experience in product development and lifecycle management - Skilled in leading organizational transformation and driving change - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas More about us Our flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
