representing the company* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.* Provide support to HR and recruiting teams as needed.**You are the right fit if you have/are:*** Fluency in English. Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is preferred.* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Strong communication & interpersonal skills* Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills* Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset**What we offer you:*** A 6-month internship contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.* An opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR processes.* Networking opportunities within Prysmian Group* Hybrid working model: 8 days per month* Flexible working hours* Ticket Restaurants: 9 Euro per day**Our selection process:*** Our hiring process consists of four main steps:* 1) application, 2) HR interview, 3) hiring manager interviews and 4) online assessment.
