About the role
We are looking for an Ocean Export Operator Intern to join our Team in Ancona.
In this role, you will support the team in managing and coordinating international Ocean Export shipments and you will contribute to ensuring timely and compliant execution of operations, while supporting CEVA Logistics' commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.
What you will do (supporting the team)
Support in collecting and verifying information related to orders and shipments.
Assist in the preparation and management of documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
Monitor shipments and update data in company systems.
Support the management of internal and external invoicing activities.
Assist in preparing operational reports and communicating with colleagues and suppliers.
Contribute to resolving operational issues in coordination with the team.
Who we are looking for
Recent graduate or high school diploma holder (a background in logistics, international trade, or related fields is a plus).
Interest in the transport and international logistics sector.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail and deadlines.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
