Operating with a significant degree of autonomy, you will lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of all offline media campaigns (TV, Press, Radio, Addressable). Your expertise will directly contribute to client growth by delivering innovative and effective media solutions, enhancing brand visibility, and driving measurable results. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate a team in charge of Offline Media Planning (TV, Press, Radio, Addressable). /li liManage relationships with assigned clients. /li liPlan and manage media according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Lead. /li liConduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. /li liParticipate in defining communication strategies, following guidelines from the Client Manager. /li liCoordinate with creative agencies for advertising materials. /li liCoordinate with the international hub of assigned clients. /li liParticipate in client meetings, presenting media plans and performance reports. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in offline media planning within a media agency environment. /li liProven experience in leading, coordinating, or supervising a team of media planners. /li liFluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. /li liDemonstrated exceptional accuracy, precision, and meticulous attention to detail in data analysis and plan development. /li liHighly organised, effectively managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines. /li liProactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and taking ownership of tasks. /li liIndependent decision‑maker, managing responsibilities with a high degree of self‑sufficiency. /li liEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to articulate complex media strategies to diverse audiences. /li liStrong understanding of media landscape dynamics, consumer behaviour, and how offline channels contribute to broader marketing objectives. /li /ul h3Life At WPP Media Benefits /h3 pWe invest in our employees to help them do their best work, supporting growth through a global network of WPP Media WPP networks.
