What you will do
- Drive full-cycle AI use case delivery from opportunity identification to deployment.
- Act as a functional analyst for Connected Business Planning, focusing on forecasting and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with global finance and business teams to design solutions that meet user needs and improve processes.
- Align with model builders and AI delivery teams on solution design and implementation strategy.
- Develop and manage monthly sprint plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Support end-user testing and bug resolution throughout the implementation process.
- Create and maintain detailed solution documentation.
- Ensure process transformation and efficiency improvements are embedded in solution design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or Management-related fields.
- Experience delivering AI solutions, preferably in financial planning.
- Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and FP&A; processes.
- Proven track record in business analysis, process transformation, and solution design.
- Experience with Anaplan use cases is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a desire to grow across technologies and business functions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (especially Mandarin) are a plus.

For Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary from 1 950EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
