Offerta
* Oversee, direct, and manage all aspects of financial planning and budget management in the company.
* Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
* Train the Finance Department and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
* Work with the CEO and HQ on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships.
* Build budget and business plans as needed with Operations and organize their follow-up.
* Prepare the yearly budget and forecast for the entity in liaison with all the company's departments and in close liaison with Corporate finance headquarters.
* Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements.
* Oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
* Prepare and assist the tax advisor with tax returns, VAT, WHT, deferred tax corporate tax and any other taxes.
* Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.
* Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
Competenze ed esperienza
* A degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Superior leadership skills and experience in team management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of the FMCG industry would be a valuable asset.
