Position
The selected candidate will join the Organizational Development and Business Continuity Unit to support activities related to the evolution of the organizational model within the Information & Communication Technology (ICT), including security aspects. Responsibilities include defining roles and responsibilities and updating the regulatory framework accordingly.
Responsibilities
* Update organizational charts and draft/maintain internal regulations related to the organizational model, focusing on roles, responsibilities, and tasks concerning ICT & security, aligned with evolving business and operational models and external regulations;
* Contribute to the definition and updating of internal policies assigned to other company units, especially regarding roles, responsibilities, and information flows related to ICT & security;
* Ensure the evolution of the organizational model remains compliant with relevant ICT & security regulations during activities;
* Collaborate with IT, control functions, and business units to ensure alignment and coherence across the organization.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or a related field;
* At least three years of experience analyzing external regulations and updating policies and organizational charts for ICT & security, focusing on roles, responsibilities, and information flows;
* Previous experience in banking or financial companies dealing with IT governance or ICT & security risk management;
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., Bank of Italy Circular 2013, DORA, AI Act, GDPR, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001), including experience in their implementation and application.

Work location: Milan / Reggio Emilia (alternating presence in the office and smart working)
