TXT Novigo represents the Fintech branch of the TXT Group.
It is specialized in providing IT services for the financial market.
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager.
You will embark on a hands-on training program, supported by targeted training sessions.
A dedicated tutor will guide you throughout the program, where you will learn how to facilitate communication between client and technical areas, translating business requests into more detailed technical development requirements.
Specifically, the role will involve:
Collecting development requirements directly from the client;
Drafting clear and well-structured functional analysis documents that will be shared with the assigned development team;
Verifying that development outputs align with the prepared analyses;
Writing User Stories;
Overseeing and actively managing User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and Non-Regression Tests.
Understanding the product thoroughly and explaining its functionality, assisting the sales team in presenting solutions to clients.
What requirements should you have?
Degree in Management Engineering or related disciplines,
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken);
Good command of English (written and spoken);
Excellent communication skills;
Proven ability to be a team player, with strong collaboration skills.
Be goal-oriented, precise and detail-focused.
Preferred but not mandatory requirements include the academic knowledge of at least one of the following topics:
Credit Products (Loans, Mortgages, Leasing, Salary-Backed Loans, Factoring, Non-Performing Loans);
Processes related to Preliminary Investigations, Approvals, and Transparency Compliance, in accordance with European regulations for financial services.
Italian Anti-Money Laundering, Monitoring and Fiscal regulations and compliance.
