Duties and Responsibilities
* Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
* Sales and Customer Service: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Store Operations and Merchandising: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
* Financial Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, gross margin, and labor costs to drive financial success.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
