* Align people and processes to achieve objectives.
* Drive programmatic planning, execution, and release.
* Demonstrate efficient process skills, a results-driven mindset, and strong attention to detail.
* Execute and evolve existing frameworks for Xbox product releases.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance—to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
* Identify and manage issues and risks through resolution to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
* Facilitate regular planning and ship room meetings; own planning and release tracking dashboards in Azure DevOps.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and scope changes.
* Build and maintain a roadmap of project release criteria, ensuring all requirements are met.
* Collaborate with marketing in addition to product, engineering, and design teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications (Text Only) Main Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
* OR equivalent experience.
* 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
* 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
* Strong organizational, calendar, and time management skills; highly detail-oriented.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively, and build strong partnerships across teams.
* Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
* Experience with Git, Azure, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
* Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
* A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and consistently delivers high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience as release manager shipping services or experiences at scale.
* Experience working on gaming platforms: Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Steam, Unreal, Unity.
