We are currently looking for 1 or 2 Plant ICT Support Specialists to join an industrial environment located in Turin, Italy.
Location
Turin, Italy
Working hours: Central shift (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
* Initial engagement until June 2026
* Possibility of extension into a multi-year service collaboration based on performance
Requirements
* Good basic ICT knowledge and hands-on attitude
Technical Skills
The selected candidate(s) will provide L1/L2 support activities within the Plant environment, including:
* Basic ICT support
* L1/L2 support for Plant applications
* Printer management and troubleshooting
* Videocall/conference room support
* Windows upgrades and installations
* Antivirus installation and maintenance
* Support for Guest Wi-Fi access
* First-level network support (policies, firewall rules, connectivity issues)
* Small internal ICT project coordination
* ICT documentation management
* User Acceptance xivgfpx Testing (UAT) support for applications
Soft Skills
We are looking for people with:
* Strong troubleshooting attitude
* Good relationship management skills
* Ability to interact effectively with both white collars and blue collars
* Proactive and service-oriented mindset
