Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for an HSE Manager responsible for coordinating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs at Lauriano plant, ensuring full compliance with regulations and alignment with company EHS strategy. The role acts as the RSPP for the site and plays a key role in promoting a strong safety and sustainability culture, working closely with site leadership and cross‑functional teams. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement and drive EHS strategy in line with company standards and regulatory requirements /li liEnsure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and reporting standards /li liIdentify risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation and prevention plans /li liLead incident management, including investigations and corrective actions /li liDevelop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs across the site /li liDrive sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, energy efficiency, emissions control) /li liCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, HR) and external bodies (auditors, authorities, contractors) /li liAct as RSPP and ensure alignment with other sites and EMEA EHS function /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or EHS-related field /li liCertified RSPP (mandatory) /li liStrong knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance, and risk management /li liExperience in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (plus) /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /li liAbility to lead EHS initiatives and influence stakeholders /li liProject management and communication skillsSustainability mindset /li liFluent Italian and English /li /ul h3What’s In It For You /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
