We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to support our branding, digital marketing, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is visually strong, digitally savvy, and passionate about creating engaging content, preferably with a strong portfolio and an interest in the aviation industry.Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's social media platformsCreate compelling marketing content, including photos, videos, and digital assetsDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies and online campaignsMonitor and analyze website and campaign performance using web analytics toolsSupport the design and production of marketing and training materialsAssist with event planning, coordination, and on-site support
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related fieldA strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, design, and content creation workStrong knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Digital MarketingProficiency in photography and videography, including editingExperience with web analytics and online marketing toolsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of Premiere Pro is an advantage)Ability to create engaging and brand‐aligned content for digital xrdztoy platformsExcellent command of English and Italian, both written and spokenInterest or passion for the aviation industry is highly desirableStrong creative mindset with a drive to contribute to company growthAbility to work effectively in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment
