For our location in Colorno (Italy) we are looking for a motivated
Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)
You will have responsibility to:
- Manage the supplier database and accurately process invoices;
- Analyse and audit supplier reconciliation and resolution;
- Manage accruals and deferrals (Accounting);
- Monitor and check the monthly accounting records for the processing of balance sheets and other financial statements;
- Work collaboratively with P2P team to ensure high-quality processing of invoices;
- Contribute towards Continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
You come with:
- An Economic background: a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent qualification will suffice;
- At least 6-month previous relevant experience;
- Knowledge of accruals and deferrals is a must, whilst knowledge of product and cost elements will be considered a premio;
- Excellent level of Excel (pivot tables, macros and advanced functions);
- Strong motivation, tenacity and a willingness to take on challenges;
- Goal and result orientation.
