Here, solid medicines such as tablets and dry powders for inhalers, solutions and suspensions for inhalations and sterile suspension vials for endotracheal administration are produced. /li liIn 2024, a new bBiotech Centre of Excellence /b has launched in Parma. The new facility is dedicated to developing and producing monoclonal antibodies, enzymes, and other proteins. /li libBlois-La Chaussée Saint Victor plant /b (France), a center of excellence specializing in the production of Dry Powder Inhalers and Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs). The site manages direct distribution to customers in the French market and exports to other markets, effectively meeting both local and international needs. /li libSantana de Parnaiba /b (Brazil), specialized in the production of pressurized solutions and suspensions for inhalation therapy (pMDIs). Additionally, it has an area dedicated to nasal sprays for the European market. Santana produces pressurised solutions and suspensions for inhalation therapy (MDI). /li liIn 2025, a new investment in bNerviano /b (Italy) has been announced with the construction of a new facility which will be primarily dedicated to manufacturing carbon minimal inhalers (reinforcing the company’s commitment to both patients’ health and sustainable healthcare solutions), dry powder inhalers and sterile biological products. /li /ul h3Position Overview /h3 pThe Data Integrity Data Management Lead is an integral part of the global quality organization responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust data integrity program across the organization to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA, MHRA). This role will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for data integrity, driving a culture of proactive compliance in relation to data governance, transparency, and continuous improvement across all GMP/GDP functions. /p h3You will be responsible for /h3 h3Global Data Integrity Governance /h3 ul liLead the global strategy for data integrity across the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal quality standards. /li liDevelop and implement standardized policies and procedures for data governance, data lifecycle management, and data integrity controls. /li liEnsure robust systems and processes are in place to prevent, detect, and correct data integrity issues. /li liOwn and oversee the global data risk management program, identifying and mitigating risks related to data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and security. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data-related risks and implement appropriate controls. /li liEnsure data risk outcomes are regularly reviewed by senior management (e.g., via Quality Council or Risk Review Board meetings) and that improvement actions are defined and tracked. /li /ul h3Compliance and Regulatory Alignment /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO, PIC/S) and industry standards related to data integrity. /li liSupport inspection readiness and participate in regulatory inspections and audits related to data integrity. /li liMaintain awareness of evolving regulatory expectations and ensure timely updates to internal policies and practices. /li /ul h3Influence and Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with production sites, CMOs, and IT functions to ensure consistent implementation of data integrity practices. /li liProvide guidance and training to global and local teams on data integrity principles and practices. /li liFoster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in data management across the organization. /li /ul h3You will need to have /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, Quality Management). /li liExtensive experience (15+ years) in quality systems, data governance, and regulatory compliance in global roles. /li liDeep understanding of data integrity principles, GxP requirements, and regulatory expectations. /li liProven track record in managing data-related risks and implementing effective governance frameworks. /li liStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. /li liAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive change in a matrixed environment. /li /ul h3We would prefer for you to have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with digital quality systems and platforms (e.g., Veeva, TrackWise, SAP). /li liExperience with data analytics tools and methodologies for risk identification and mitigation. /li liAbility to analyze complex data issues and make risk-based decisions. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pHybrid – Parma, Dublin or other strategic locations in Europe /p h3What we offer /h3 pNo matter where your path starts at Chiesi, it leads to inspiring possibilities.
