Working under the direct supervision of the Operation Manager (OM), the inspector plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our assessment processes. /ph3Qualifications /h3pKey Responsibilities: /ppbConduct Conformity Assessments: /bCarry out conformity assessment activities upon receiving a specific assignment from the Operation Manager (OM). This includes following detailed procedures, instructions, checklists, and forms as mandated by the Quality Management System (QMS). /ppbMaintain Impartiality: /bImmediately report to the OM any potential threat to impartiality associated with the appointed activities, in accordance with the declaration signed at the time of acceptance. /ppbDocument Deviations: /bIdentify and formally document any deviations from the applicable requirements concerning the conformity assessment object, following QMS protocols. /ppbPrepare and Verify Documentation: /bCompile documents to present the results, complete checklists, and any other required documentation, ensuring to report evidence accurately. Deliver original documents to the OM for verification and, where necessary, approval before issuance. /ppbAuthenticate Documentation: /bSign off on the documentation that records results and certifies the responsibility for the content's editorial integrity and compilation. /ppbEquipment Maintenance: /bOversee the preservation of measuring instruments and equipment provided by the Body, checking their calibration and operational status regularly. /ppbProfessional Development: /bParticipate in meetings, training sessions, and refresher courses as required to maintain and update qualifications. /ppbAdherence to QMS Documentation: /bFulfil any other responsibilities defined within the QMS documentation that have not been specified herein. /ppAdditional Responsibilities: /ppbContinuous Improvement: /bSuggest improvements to the conformity assessment processes based on findings and experiences to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. /ppbStakeholder Communication: /bLiaise with relevant stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to clarify requirements, report findings, and ensure compliance. /ppbRisk Management: /bParticipate in risk assessment activities related to the conformity assessment processes, helping to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks. /ppbRegulatory Awareness: /bStay informed about changes in industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure all assessment activities are up-to-date. /ppQualifications /ppHigh school diploma with a technical address, preferably in the mechanical or electronic areas, or a first or second level degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
