The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting EMC tests, analysing results, and ensuring that products meet the required standards and regulations for electromagnetic compatibility. This role combines technical expertise, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of EMC principles to prevent electromagnetic interference and ensure products operate harmoniously in their intended environments. If you are passionate about maintaining the integrity of electronic and electrical systems and thrive in a laboratory setting, we encourage you to apply.brstrongWhat you’ll do:br/strongulliSet up and conduct EMC tests according to international standards and guidelines. /liliAnalyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and recommend mitigation measures for electromagnetic interference issues. /liliCollaborate with product development teams to integrate EMC considerations into the design process. /liliMaintain and calibrate EMC testing equipment and facilities to ensure accuracy and reliability of tests. /liliKeep abreast of the latest EMC standards, regulations, and testing methodologies to ensure compliance. /liliManage EMC certification projects from initiation through completion, liaising with external certification bodies as required. /liliProvide technical support and advice on EMC issues to engineering and design teams. /liliParticipate in research and development activities aimed at enhancing EMC performance and testing capabilities. /liliImplement and enforce safety procedures in the laboratory to prevent hazards associated with electromagnetic fields and testing equipment.tests);br/li /ulstrongWho you are:br/strongulliEducation background in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. /liliProven experience in an EMC testing laboratory or a similar role. knowledge of EMC standards (e.g., CISPR, IEC, EN, FCC) and testing procedures. /liliProficiency in using EMC test equipment and software tools. /liliAnalytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve electromagnetic interference issues. /liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively document and present test results and recommendations. /liliAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage projects with minimal supervision. /liliExperience in EMC testing of Washing machines, dryers and dishwashers is highly desirable.br/li /ulstrongWhere you’ll be:br/strongYou will be based in Porcia, located in the metropolitan area of Pordenone (Northeast Italy), where the main Electrolux RD centre is located.
