Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors as the first point of contact in a professional and friendly manner.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar.
* Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person courteously and accurately.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing correspondence.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
* Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
* A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer‑focused attitude.
