This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a knack for technical problem-solving. You will assist our Italian-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries and technical issues' ensuring they receive the best support during their experience with our products. Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to Italian-speaking clients via phone' email' and chat. - Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to products' services' and technical issues effectively. - Guide customers through processes and product functionalities' ensuring they have a clear understanding. - Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions within the support system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements. - Stay current on product knowledge and industry updates to enhance support quality.
