We are looking for a Global Legal Specialist - Data Privacy to join KIKO MILANO’s Legal Team, supporting the Global Legal function and reporting to the Global General Counsel and Global Privacy Legal Manager.
\n
Such talent will support the Legal team in day-by-day legal activities related to data protection matters and privacy compliance at Group level, collaborating with senior legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions.
\n
In particular, you will:
\n
\n
- Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Group privacy policies, standards and procedures in line with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations;
\n
- Assist in coordinating with KIKO local subsidiaries on privacy-related documentation, templates and internal processes;
\n
- Contribute to the preparation, review and updating of privacy documentation, including data protection provisions in commercial contracts, Data Processing Agreements, etc.;
\n
- Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy compliance activities under the supervision of senior legal team members;
\n
- Provide assistance in the ordinary management of data protection issues, liaising with external DPO.

\n
What you will need to succeed
\n\n
- Degree in Law with a thesis on data protection or a Master’s program on personal data protection;
\n
- +2 years experience in Data Privacy;
\n
- Strong interest in data protection, commercial law and corporate legal matters;
\n
- Knowledge of GDPR and privacy principles;
\n
- Good analytical and research skills;
\n
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
\n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
