Sales Growth Specialist
Expand Market Reach for Membrane Technologies – Drive Regional Growth in Italy.
This role focuses on managing and expanding sales across Italy, identifying market opportunities, building customer relationships, and positioning the client as a trusted partner for membrane-based water treatment solutions. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing new business and growing existing customer relationships
* Understanding customer needs to recommend tailored membrane solutions
* Contributing to regional sales strategy and supporting marketing and customer retention initiatives
* Handling product certifications and quality documentation processes
* Monitoring competitor activities and market trends
* Managing day-to-day sales operations including offer creation, order follow-up, and customer support
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, with experience in the membrane filtration or water treatment sector. They should be skilled in CRM systems, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and project-based sales cycles. Additionally, they will be confident in delivering product training and high-level customer interactions.
Your Profile
A university degree in process or environmental engineering or a related technical field is required, along with at least 5 years of sales experience in a technical or industrial environment. Experience in the membrane filtration or water treatment sector is highly valued. The candidate should be proficient in English (written and spoken) and have additional European languages advantageous.
