We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior HR Support to join the Human Resources team at Pramac Group Headquarters. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, international company. As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting various HR processes and initiatives
Main accountabilities:
Assist in managing recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Provide support with administrative activities, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and liaising with external agencies for internship activations.
Contribute to the identification of training needs, design employee training plans, and coordinate their execution.
Collaborate on the implementation of the internal communication plan to enhance engagement and transparency within the organization.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office;

Workday system knowledge is a plus.
English language knowledge at a proficiency level
