We are currently looking for a:
Autonomous Driving Validation / C++ Engineer
to join an innovative engineering environment focused on the development and validation of autonomous driving systems. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about advanced mobility technologies, software validation, and C++ development.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Robotics, or similar
* 2-5 years of experience in automotive validation or C++ programming
* Experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, or advanced vehicle systems
* Experience with testing, validation methodologies, and debugging tools
* Understanding of embedded software, vehicle systems, and system integration
* Experience with Linux environments, scripting, or simulation tools is a strong plus
* Knowledge of perception, planning, control, or sensor integration is considered a plus

The activity will initially start in Italy in order to begin the relocation process; compensation will then be adjusted according to the U.S. market and local employment conditions.
The hiring opportunities include indicative salary ranges based on role and level of experience:
Junior profiles (0–2 years of experience): starting from €28,000
Experienced profiles: starting from €35,000
