Function
- Work on both new build aircraft projects (including VIP and Special Mission Aircraft) and repairs of existing aircraft
- Perform inspections, modifications, and maintenance on critical aircraft structures
- Record deviations accurately and ensure proper use of tools and machinery
- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and safety on the shop floor

Who You Are
- You have hands-on experience in sheet metal work, preferably in the aerospace or marine industry
- Strong fine motor skills and precision in manual work
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical documentation in English
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Work with technical documentation
- You hold a technical MBO diploma in Aircraft Engineering, (Fine) Mechanics, or Mechanical Engineering
- EU citizenship or valid EU work permit is required
