Ph3Electrical Manufacturing Engineer /h3 h3Purpose of the job /h3 ul liDefines and validate the detailed manufacturing process for a new product, with focus on the electrical tasks. /li liPerform industrial documentation for the project, define industrial master data and set the manufacturing method time. /li liIn serial phase, drive continuous improvement actions, industrialize product and process changes. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 h3During specification and preliminary design phases /h3 ul liBring ideas to the Process Engineer or the Product Industrialization Manager to guide product definition to improve the product manufacturability and achieve SQCDP targets. /li liParticipate to the product design reviews. /li liEstimate Method Time. /li /ul h3During detailed design phase and before Serial Go /h3 ul liParticipate to P-FMEA. /li liParticipate to validation of prototypes. /li liRequest tooling and write tooling specifications. /li liPrepare Wiring Drawings, Wiring Tables, Cable List, Tooling List, ERP Routings, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions. /li liValidate product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI. /li liCalculate precise Method Time. /li /ul h3After serial go /h3 ul liIndustrialize retrofit after engineering changes: Wiring Drawings, Wiring Tables, Cable List, Tooling List, Routings, Work Instructions, and Tooling. /li liSupport Production to achieve manufacturing SQCDP targets. /li liParticipate to continuous improvement workshops. /li liContribute to industrial Return of Experience on manufacturing processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications Functional Knowledge /h3 ul ligood EHS and Ergonomic approach. /li liDegree in Electrical Engineering. /li liManufacturing experience, preferably in the railway industry. /li liTechnical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions. /li liExperience in working with AutoCAD Wiring Drawings /li liExperience in working with CATIA, DMA, DELMIA and ELSA software. /li liExperience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up. /li liWorking knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics. /li liExperience in FMEA and QRQC. /li liTime analysis knowledge (MTM, MEK, UAS). /li liGood English knowledge (written and spoken) /li /ul pAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
