This position offers an exciting opportunity to make history and become a member of a team whose purpose is to solve complex challenges and create process solutions. The successful candidate should be able to communicate efficiently with different stakeholders, requiring proactive written and verbal communication with other departments and external stakeholders. The position offers fixed work schedules (morning, afternoon, night or central shift), with rotating rest days throughout the week. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liBe an active player on daily escalations /li liSupport different CO processes (metrics deep dive and projects) /li liIdentify root causes of deviation, via cause and effect analysis /li liDrive process improvements and develop team members’ ability to keep pace with our rapid growth, while motivating others /li liReview and analyze deviations data, followed by development of corresponding action plans to reduce future deviations /li liEnsure KPIs are reviewed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform control and quality analysis on any processes that are impacting the quality performance /li liCollaborate with all department managers to identify and understand key projects, initiatives and system enhancements /li /ul h3A day in the life /h3 pThis position is office-based and a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) /li liAdvanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR) /li liRelevant experience in an analytical tasks or projects, working with data /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liRelevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership /li liPrevious experience within transportation or logistics /li liWorking experience on programming and coding languages (SQL or Python) /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
