We are present with thirteen locations in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and plan production scheduling for semi-finished and finished products: schedule the production plan by establishing sequences and lead times for each process stage, depending on the dates of warehouse receipt or shipment in line with forecasts or customer orders. /li liAnalyze and monitor the customer order portfolio, availability and production capacity and calculate process, equipment, machine and labour requirements. /li liDefine procurement policies, managing safety stock, forecasts and plans with suppliers and third parties. /li liOperate with advanced ERP (JDE) and dedicated scheduling tools (Cyberplan). /li liMonitor service level and production capacity needs. /li liVerify with the Supply Chain Manager the progress of specific improvement projects in the SC area. /li liPrompt activities that may modify the planned schedule (e.g., new products, material arrivals, technical changes). /li liManage in/out of products. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or Diploma. /li liAt least 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. /li liGood knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. /li liGood knowledge of material management techniques and planning and production methodologies/tools. /li liAnalytical data skills and inclination towards defining improvement actions. /li liGood knowledge of Office tools, specifically Excel, and good reporting skills. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liOrganized, goal‑oriented and able to define, implement and monitor work plans. /li liFlexible, quick to learn and eager to grow professionally in a production environment and within a team. /li liStrong communication skills. /li /ul pThe economic offer will be commensurate with experience. /p pLe persone interessate possono inviare la propria candidatura con autorizzazione ai sensi del dlgs. 196/2003.
