In this role, you will be in charge of supporting design teams in ensuring the reliability of products/functional groups/components along their lifecycle on the field. In addition to this, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests aimed at verifying the reliability and functional requirements/performances of our products. /p pThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical design and/or investigation/experimental analysis/testing/validation of products, as well as know‑how in the field of structural fatigue dimensioning of metal, light alloys plastics parts and able to perform analytical and numerical analysis (CAE/FEM). /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liPerform structural analysis and tests aimed to verify the reliability of our products /li liDefine mission profile, test acceptance criteria and test protocols /li liDefine Test and Experimental Plan for the validation of the products /li liPerform Failure Mode and Effects analysis /li liDesign tests, test rigs/benches and run experimental data acquisitions to qualify loads, behavior, performances, reliability /li liValidate products, systems, functional groups and components /li liPropose and address possible solutions/changes to detected failures/weaknesses in order to bring products to safety, performance and effectiveness standards /li liUpdate the applicable standard references and related conformity tests /li liKeep the validation plan in line with the product development /li liTest progress monitoring /li liDevelop parametric models/tools for various structural and mechanical analysis /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical.
