Assist in achieving sales and retention goals by upselling memberships and retail products. Help coordinate community events or activations that strengthen member relationships. Operational Support Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure smooth daily operations and class transitions. Maintain the studio's presentation standards: clean, organized, and aligned with THRIOM's aesthetic. Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, and supplier coordination. Team Collaboration Act as a communication link between clients, instructors, and management. Support internal projects that improve efficiency and client experience.
