The Finance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting department and supporting the Managing Director in Lissone, Italy, as well as the group CFO at headquarters in the US. The role involves providing financial advice to assist senior management in decision-making. Responsibilities include: Managing the Finance department and its operations Preparing and reviewing financial statements for European entities Project revenue recognition using Percentage of Completion (POC) Ensuring statutory and tax compliance Conducting financial analysis and providing commentary Reviewing business performance with management Producing annual budgets Managing relationships with banks, consultants, and service providers Forecasting and reporting cash flow, including foreign exchange risks Implementing and maintaining financial systems and tools Reviewing and improving financial processes Leading special projects as needed The Candidate: Accounting qualification or degree Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar finance management role Experience with financial or ERP software, preferably Sage Experience with Percentage of Completion (POC) calculations Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Leadership or management experience Fluent in Italian and English Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Confident, assertive, and resourceful Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible and capable of managing unexpected situations Team player with the ability to make autonomous decisions Committed to continuous improvement J-18808-Ljbffr
